How will my massage chair be delivered to my home or office?
When you order a massage chair from us, we will arrange for a full service home delivery. You’ll often hear this type of delivery referred to as “White Glove” delivery. In general, White Glove service is available in and around all metro areas in the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery time: Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the time of your confirmed order.
Holiday delivery time: If you place your order between Thanksgiving and December 31, please allow up to three (3) weeks from the time of your confirmed order.
Our White Glove team will deliver, unbox, and fully assemble your massage chair in your home or office. When they leave, they will pack out all packaging material. If you wish to retain the packing materials, please make sure you request this from the delivery team.
Please note that the White Glove team will understand how to assemble your massage chair, but they will not be knowledgeable about its use. Once the delivery team has completed their set up work, we recommend that you power up your massage chair, select an auto program, and run the massage chair for 1-2 minutes before the White Glove team leaves your home or office.
Will I be contacted prior to delivery?
Yes! After your massage chair arrives at the local agent responsible for your White Glove delivery. Here’s the typical way a White Glove is handled:
STEP #1: A ”long haul” freight carrier moves your product from our warehouse to a White Glove delivery company near you, and
STEP #2: The local White Glove’ agent sends a truck with a team of two people to deliver the product from their nearby warehouse to you.
Within a couple of business days after we receive your confirmed order, we will send you an email with tracking information for the freight portion of your massage chair’s journey and the name of the White Glove company that will complete the delivery and set up of your massage chair to your home or office.
A short time after your massage chair arrives at the White Glove agent, you’ll receive a call to set a delivery day and 4-hour time window.
Are there places where White Glove Service is not available?
In some cases, deliveries to rural, remote, secure locations, or other hard-to-reach/deliver locations may be limited to curbside freight delivery or involve an extra fee for White Glove service. In the event that your order cannot be shipped using our standard White Glove service, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the delivery options.
Delivery time to hard-to-reach locales: Please allow up to three (3) weeks from the time of your confirmed order.
Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?
We do, but Hawaii and Alaska deliveries are special cases that require extra attention.

Depending on where we’re shipping your new massage chair, our quoted delivery times may be longer than actual delivery times. It’s possible that we can meet your deadline without any special arrangements, or just by picking a freight company that we know can deliver fast to your address.
If expediting is required, we will share delivery times and quote you a price to guarantee the on-time delivery of your massage chair.
Please be aware that expedited options include only curbside service. In other words, you would be responsible for unboxing, carrying, and setting up your massage chair in your home or office. Note: All Panasonic massage chairs require minimal assembly.

- When you sign the proof of delivery (“POD”), please make sure that you have carefully inspected your massage chair. Be sure you note any damage or any concerns regarding assembly on the POD.
